Although only open from April to September every time I visit Harwich seafront I always stop here for something to eat. This little cafe sells a nice range of food and hot and cold drinks along with ice cream and lollies. My favourits are the cheese and onion toasties and the tea. Very highly recommended if you ar in for a snack Well worthy of 5

A large group of us turned up on mass a few weeks ago as the local Chopper cyclists took to the streets of Harwich. Mellisa, who runs the Cafe On The Green and her team were simply amazing. They handled our large food and beverage orders with ease. It's a must to stop and have a break for food and refreshments. Fully recommended even without being a member of The Trusted Business Community Association I run, but if they were to apply, they would breeze through the onboarding process to gain an accreditation for customer service and care.

Really nice cup of coffee and a huge delicious flapjack at a very reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and it's a good place to sit and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat. And they serve food on a proper crockery plate and the drinks in a proper mug.

Been here a few times for food or just an ice cream stop. Food was cooked fresh, tasted amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Will continue using this cafe regularly. Perfect spot to sit and the kids can play in the park.
